Mental toughness with consistency

I am a self employed person. Normally I am quite lazy on my work and not being consistent on my schedule of work. This book give me a mental toughness to withstand other influences factor to being lazy. It give me a good help in my life and help me get closer to my retirement goal by working more consistently

I feel mentally tougher already!

Thank you Preston for this great audiobook. The message is a great addition to anyone's life, even those who may find themselves as "mentally tough." This is something that I think we need to be reminded of somewhat regularly so that we don't find ourselves stuck in a rut over things that can have positive outcomes if we take the right approach, starting with our mindset. I personally felt immediate benefit from listening to this in that I feel like I can handle and accomplish much more than I have been. Drive becomes a success, and my drive is renewed!

Great practical advice

It's important to get a little toughness nowadays especially, where we hear thousands of opinions and many can be harsh. This book is a manual on how to get a thicker skin the right way, without having to trample others. From the inside out, in clear, actionable steps. Mental Toughness

This book explains how to be "tough" while yet being empathetic, as well as why mental toughness is so important. The unbiased tone and method in which mental toughness is taught while keeping compassion were the two main things that struck me. This book explores how persons with mental toughness may refuse to do things that they do not want to do. They are able to avoid pouring fuel into the fires of those who are poisonous and harming others. It was a great experience, and anyone who suffers from a lack of willpower will almost certainly benefit.

Great Advice

This had an abundance of techniques for helping your inner dialogue. Making sure you are mentally prepared and strong to achieve your goals. The mental game is a tough one for many people so any book I can get my hands on to increase mental strategy or or keep me on the right track is a winner in my book! Great listen. Very helpful and informative!

This book is a great reminder for procrastinators like myself to set goals for ourselves!
The author has given a lot if information and advice to develop good habits to become mentally tough. My favourite chapter is the one where they discuss/explain visualisation...it completely makes sense. I also enjoyed listening to and learned a lot from the chapter about positive thinking/affirmations.

Overall a great book that helps you to work on yourself in order to work in your future goals.
