This Book Simply Makes Sense

This book captures your attention right from the start. All recommendations make sense. Now that you know what you should do, you can never complain about your Practice not performing at an exceedingly high level. Read the book and then recommend it to a buddy from Dental School.

Some good things to think about...

Ignore the first bit about Dr. Laser guy and you will get some solid suggestions. Bonus systems, hygienist as chief educators, and standardized messages amongst the staff and Doc were my favorite takeaways. Worth a listen.
