What does Marc David bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His personality is fun and engaging and I particularly enjoyed the last segment when he is actually speaking to a group -- mesmerizing!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and learned so much. My major reaction -- SHARE it with anyone and everyone! I believe that it isn't available in print -- only in Audible version or CD's -- this is really too bad because this information, from this author, should be on the best seller list!

finally an expert who tells the truth

What did you love best about Mind/Body Nutrition?

The loved learning about the psychology of food and nutrition. I also appreciated how Marc David debunked all the diet myths out there. Finally someone who tells it like it is = there is no one size fits all diet/nutritional plan.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I had a number of "ah ha" moments and have already began applying these strategies and lessons to my life.

This is the perfect book for anyone who struggles to make sense of the diet/nutritional industry that's looking for truthful information and a plan that actually works. Those of us who've tried everything out there and are wondering why we lose weight only to gain it right back will enjoy this book.

one of the best nutrition books out there!

One of the best nutrition books I've listened to by far. He talks about eating with emotion and taking your time when you eat. Not depriving your body of nutrients when going on any particular diet but trying to take the key point of each different diet like Atkins or vegan or high fat low protein and combining them to your needs and comfort. like he says there is no one diet fits all plan so we must listen to our bodies and tailor make our diets to custom fit our needs. these were the main points I got from this book, they re more gems in here so I suggest you listen to this book in its entirety.

I read ALOT of health books... This is different

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes! This book is not just some atypical diet book. It is about health and nutrition. It not only talks about food but about psychology. In makes the true change where you need it, inside. Not just woo-woo spiritual stuff, but true psychology.

What other book might you compare Mind/Body Nutrition to and why?

I can't find one, I would love to find more like this.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about true health. Not just from a how-to perspective, but a deeper much more accepting one.

Not recommended for actual information.

Lots of repetition and nonsense - vitamin O "Oxygen" vitamin "T" - "Time", vitamin 'A' Awareness, Vitamin A is really retinol I think. This book contains lots of silly life style stuff about French labourers using china cups and having 2 hours lunches, Not really important for anyone actually wanting to know anything about nutrition. It might help some people eat more slowly or advise them to chill out a bit, if that hadn't already occurred to them? In general it was Vitamin 'BS'.

Great read!

This book opened my eyes on the nutrition in a way that I never though I would. It’s not only about what you eat but how you eat... seems everyone knows that but no one does it.
