Disappointing
Just my opinion, but it feels like they had enough material for a 30 minute seminar here or a magazine article and decided to stretch it into a book. You have to wait patiently for a long time before the author starts giving ideas about how to actually "hack mind happiness" and then all of their hacking ideas are just concepts that are basic. I didn't learn anything new, or any new spin, or any new way to apply techniques.
To be fair, there are some techniques in this book for gaining better control of your own mind. And to be fair, I gave up with two hours to go. So maybe the true innovative techniques were revealed in the end. And maybe this book will help other people. But I have personally gained a lot more from books that get to the heart of the matter more quickly.

Life changing!!!!
This book is incredible!
I found this book because of a podcast that I heard where Sean Webb was being interviewed. I’ve been wanting to read a book that would explain how my mind works and I’m so glad I found this. I’m definitely going to read it over and over to make sure I can effectively pass on this knowledge to everyone I know because it’s changed the way I see everything and I feel like I now understand the “why” behind every crazy thing that happens in this world.
This book is a must read for all.
If you find swearing offensive, just promise me you’ll get through the first few chapters to the mind hacks, so that you can hack your offence and get over it, because it will be well worth it.

i was already very familiar with the basic concepts that the author broke down into the most basic bite size pieces imaginable, so I didn't get much out of the book that I personally considered worthwhile. if you're new to changing your thoughts to change your feelings, have difficulty understanding that concept or are skeptical that it's even possible, and require scientific data and very in-depth explanations to back it all up, this book is probably for you.

This info isn't anything new. i was hoping for better tools or methods on how to keep my mind focused and happy. There is a lot of hindu philosophy regurgitated in stories about his personal life attempted in corny humor that became annoying towards the end. Great for a newbie trying to figure out how to control your mind, a skip if your into this stuff already.

Hacking the Mind to its Happiest
Engaging, easy to listen to, very well spoken. Time to practice and put it to action! Are you trying to figure out what's going on upstairs? This book WILL set you on the path to a happier you.
I've been on the path of breaking a mould I created during my life, I've slowly been searching and engaging on many directions of why why WHY!
Then I found Mind Hacking Happiness
This book is a really good pick me up, Sean reads and explains his contexts and examples (of others and his own). Empowering and surprisingly relatable.
Now I admit I've made my ego, my shadow self available for hacking, made my younger version of self feel safe to know others have answers I do not.
So where I see the book, this Audio book fitting perfectly into your schedule is traffic, late night restlessness, needing to get OUT of your mind ( what better way out than getting deeper into your mind?) and at your own pace.
I bindge listened to both Vol 1 and Vol 2. and currently listening to Vol 1 AGAIN.
I'm not saying to binge out on the material, definitely take it at your own pace, pause, revisit, ENJOY!
