Mind over weight

Mine overweight book allow me to dig a little deeper into myself. I was able to reflect on my behavior when dealing with food. My key takeaways from this book was to be present with my food. Allow myself to enjoy the food that I am eating as well as understand how it’s helping my body.

Holistic

I recommend the book. The problem with weight starts in your head and fixing your thoughts and beliefs helps tremendously. The author takes a very holistic perspective on the weight loss and the book/audiobook itself is very well structured and gives a lot of practical advice.

Not one single new piece of information

A mix of old and unhelpful tips, such as "don't have food in your fridge that your diet plan doesn't allow". If you have ever been on a diet, this book will likely not help you, or tell you anything you haven't already heard.

unhearable in my library

I cannot hear this book playing. pity I can not seem to get through to support.
