Discover how to strike the perfect screen-time balance. Reap the benefits of technology without the negative consequences.

You may find yourself worrying that your child is spending more time in front of a screen than playing outside, learning something new, or socializing with family.

What you need to know is: all this stigma around technology is often misinformed.

There is no doubt that overexposure to anything can be harmful.

But when you apply technology, the right way, you uncover the endless benefits it can offer. The quality of the digital content we expose our kids to is what makes the difference. It’s about leaning into the positives of screen-time while being aware of when it becomes negative.

In The Guilty Parents - Screen Kids, you will discover:

  • Practical information to help you set reasonable rules and sensible boundaries that work for your family
  • And much more.

As a parent, it’s natural to worry.

But you don’t have to feel guilty for letting your child watch their favorite show once in a while, or agonize about not spending enough time together as a family.

Now, you can know exactly how you can make the most of technology while strengthening your bond with your kids.

Much needed

This is a much needed book because kids are starting to use technology every day. My fiancé and I are getting ready to have a kid ourselves so this audiobook was really helpful. I know a lot of parents right now that are struggling with their kids and their screen time too so this is a must for parents. Very useful and helpful tips.

A real concern

As a former medical provider I can definitely see how the effects of too much screen time can contribute to several issues, medical and non-medical. There are really good remedies for controlling/fixing overuse of screen time.

A very interesting approach..

We, parents, know all too well when we seep into that guilty parent mode !! I had taken a course called "Love & Logic for parents" designed by a psychologist and it had given me some pointers to deal with kids, however, this book is a gem of ideas, perspective explained very clearly and constructively. Too often, we jump the bandwagon, when it comes to screen time of kids with a certain narrow narrative however I learned now that kids nowadays interact differently and live in different times than we did and thus our approach needs to alter accordingly. I would recommend this book to any parent who are at lost dealing with kids with technologies and the methodology from this book will also transpire into other aspects of parenthood!

The delivery of the narration was superb. A must listen for sure!

Exactly what I was looking for

This book presents strategies (and straight-out solutions) to one of my biggest worries. The author understands the problem, intimately, and the vibe is very compassionate. Excellent narration as well. Recommend!! It's never too late to start!

Fantastic listen. Very informative.

It was great to hear a new approach to the screen time dilemma. There were several points of view I had never considered or thought about that helped me realize there are more benefits to screen time than I thought. It really made me reassess my thinking and will ultimately help in screen time not being such a big struggle anymore.

This book is a done deal parents!

I felt a little hesitant to listen to this book; I just got it because I am a father of 3 and wanted to know if there was something new I needed to know. Frankly, I did not stop listening to this book until I completed it. It sounds as if the author lives in my house, but no wonder why he nailed it so hard that it touched every technical altitude of my kids. I recommend this book to every parent that cares, Indeed we should always share in the joy of our kids.

Fantastic book and very useful

I really enjoyed this book but most importantly I enjoyed and appreciated the honesty behind it. Screens are here to stay for our kids and ourselves to be honest, and I really liked the fact how this book doesn't proclaim that screens are the source of all evil. Instead, it helps parents understand that screens can be used as tools and offers great tips for balance. A well researched book and very essential!
