This has a lot of good information

Essential read

I started reading this book not knowing what to expect. Honestly I assumed I wouldn't understand half the stuff in it as I've never tried anything like this and thought you'd have to be like a Buddhist level to truly understand it.

Great one.

Practicing Mindfulness - Meditations to Reduce Stress, etc.: I wanted to try a different approach to practicing mindfulness. The author begins with mindfulness of the various parts of the body, then moves on to visual practice with the spaces around the body.

Nice book

It teaches you to be grounded, energized, forgiving, compassionate, loving and caring, and most of all keeps you in the present moment in daily life. It is a great coping mechanism to all that presents itself. Job well done Matthew!!! You nailed it!!!

Fantastic introduction to the subject matter

The author progresses through the methods and shares many of the thoughts that once acquired are so obvious in therms of seeking "awareness". I am going to read this several more times to soak my thinking with the obvious.

Inspirational

Most self help and inspirational books are written in the same old style. This one is written in a story manner that is very interesting and engaging.
