Mindfulness

Though I practice most of what was suggested, it doesn’t hurt to have it reinforced. I really enjoyed it and the readers voice was soothing. I recommend this book to anyone looking to find peace, positivity and happiness in their lives.

You already know all of this

A nice summary of stuff everyone knows. You will learn nothing knew with this book. "When you do the dishes focus on just the dishes" "mindfulness leads to less anxiety" etc etc same old stuff

Entertaining and valuable advice

After listening to the book I now do meditation on a regular basis. I enjoy some quiet time and miss it when time constraints mean the practice skips a day. I put this change to my life to this book as the advice was given in a way which didn't make the approach seem strange, more like having a cup of tea!

mindfulness explained

Having been a subscriber to the Headspace app I came across this book by chance and I'm glad I did....its a great book with many useful teachings and anecdotes detailing the author's journey. highly recommended for anyone wishing to learn more about being mindful and how to create sufficient headspace in today's busy world.
