Inspired to lose weight

Very nice for motivation and visualization. It's like a mental vision board of how you know you are supposed to behave and think, and then, getting you there. Lots of faster weight loss hypnosis contained in this audiobook.

Amazing

This feeling is amazing. I immediatly noticed at the beginning that every time I listened to the meditation, I ended up with a smile on my face. After one month of daily listening, paired with a healthy diet and 10k steps per day, I lost 4 of the 15kg I have to lose to attain my ideal weight. And Ive been trying for more than 5 years to start a diet. Now I mostly listen to the affirmations to support my motivation to be healthier

Great hypnosis

I clicked on this meditation audible book, because I heard hypnosis can really help people. I didn't even realize it was for weight lost but, gave it a try anyway. I tried other audible books from the same author but, keep going back to this one at night.

Got improvement

Only been at this awhile but has already improved my sleep quality, and I'm feeling more positive throughout the day. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss.

Got helpful result

I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This audiobook is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I'm still dieting and hitting the gym, but I like how this audiobook helped turned my thought patterns from negative food association to positive ones.

Love the motivation!

This has been useful for me so far, as I've been shifting my thoughts towards eating healthier food and exercising more, and just making better decisions for myself. This weight loss audiobook is like a jump starter for weight loss. Love the motivation it brings and I feel it can last as long as you listen whenever you feel you are losing the will to continue on a healthier path. It's worth it to at least try in my opinion.

I listen to this CD before bed every night

I listen to this CD before bed every night and not only has it decreased my sweet tooth intensity but it really helps me sleep. Very vivid visualization and relaxing techniques
