Helpful Mindfulness Guide

I received a free review copy of this audiobook.

This book gives a good, brief overview of the benefits of mindfulness and meditation practices. It is not a "how to" guide, but presents the case for being mindful clearly and concisely. If you're on the fence about beginning a meditation regimen, this might help you decide.

Good way to start of 2019

This is a great way to start off 2019. With a stress free life or close to stress free as you can get lol. This is a great jump off point to learn about stress revilers as well as meditation techniques to help reduce stress, anger and anxiety. Also helps with focusing and improving your sleep!

Helpful!

One of my 2019 new years resolutions was to be more mindful and present in the moment. When the opportunity came for me to listen to this audio, I jumped on it and I'm so glad I did. For only being an hour and twelve minutes, I got so much helpful information. This is absolutely worth a credit because I will be listening to this one again. Narration was really well done as well.
