I listened to this book because of the good reviews , but I am Christian and when he started about the universe and god's not the one true God who is Jesus . It made me anxious so I stop.

A unique experience!

I acquire books on meditation quite a lot as I do enjoy them. I must say – this one is so different.

The background sounds of chirping birds and soft music had me going from the get-go! I like the pace, and I like the detail. Great book!

Life Changing!

I was not a meditation fan until I was introduced to this book by a co-worker. It changed my entire outlook on life, my relationships, my whole being. This really worked, and apart from helping me become more focused and less angry at life, it also helped me to overcome and deal with other issues that are co-related to the issues named. This was a good buy. Thanks author!

Great way to align your inner energy

This is a great book aimed to align your inner energy to create a positive energy. This book provides a great guide to help reduce anxiety and stress which inclues panic attacks and depression. This is a great book for anyone to control their anger.

Very relaxing

Not sure what I expected with this, but after about 10 - 15 minutes my mind kind of went blank and then next hour whizzed by for me. I definitely felt calmer and more relaxed. I'll be listening again later this week when I get some time for my self. Recommended!

I really enjoyed listening to this book. Simple but helpful!

I'm the kind of person who finds it difficult to relax especially when I'm stressed or worried. This book helped alot to just switch off and listen to the soothing music in short bursts!

It is a great book that helps you align with your inner energy to create positive energy.

Help in reducing anxiety and stress, including panic attacks and depression. Anger management enthusiasts will find this book very useful.

After about ten to fifteen minutes, I lost track of time, and then an hour passed quickly. However, there was a sense of calm afterwards.

I'll listen again later this week when I have some time. Awesome!

Anyone considering going on a mindfulness course should save their money and listen to this audiobook instead.

Cannot recommend highly enough!!

If anyone thinks about going on a mindfulness course, don’t do it, just listen this audiobook. I’ve always over worried and stressed about things sometimes obsessively and now for the first time my mind feels free to enjoy and appreciate life. This is an excellent book, I’m now a very calm relaxed person and I’m enjoying the new me.
