<br />The Clarity Every Realtor Needs to Succeed
This book does a great job at giving simple, practical advice that can be implemented in your business right away. The most beneficial bit that I gained is how to reverse engineer my NCI (as opposed to GCI) for 2017. These guys put a new spin on the NCI calculation that provides amazing clarity which allows me to accurately track my performance week by week.
Wish this book was available when I first started my career.

Great read!
I found this book very help although sometimes way too detailed. Some of the systems in the book are super analytical and organized. I'm not sure I'd be able to put all of it into practice, but found it to be very helpful. There were a lot of tidbits that I could use now!

All good stuff...
Great for agents just getting started to help systematize their days! A lot of same ideas are out there, but I liked how they organized their thoughts and that it was a quick read... I bought the hard cover as well, so I can go back and reference.

Impressive professional insight
I really appreciate the extensive details and tools offered by Marshall, Nick and Brandon. Not only do they offer their past successes, as many "Real Estate Help Books" or professionals provide. But they also pinpoint areas that didn't work well for them, learn why it wasn't working through critical step-by-step analytics, and then how use what you learned to become more successful thereafter.
