Mini Farming For Beginners.

I would have given it five stars but for the fact that I think some of the content is less than clear on reporting specific technical features of the methods and technologies approved by the author.

Thought it was about farming...

This work is a business/marketing plan with a farming slant. If you're looking for a "how-to" record about farming, this is not it. Nevertheless if you are a farmer, looking to start/run your farm as a business, and you've never had a business class in your life I'm a marketing consultant who would like to have a small farm. I thought I was getting a audible listening me about soil situation, rotating crops and irrigation.

offers advice to similarly small farmers

This work originates from an interesting panorama. She runs a very large, high-income farm of her own that produces comprehensive, so she has a lot of experience of farm business on a big scale (not a megafarm, but not a small farmer by ANY standard).

Clear and Concise; Great Appendices

As an enthusiastic farmer, this audible has helped me envelop my cognizance around the process behind small-farming industries. The appendices were especially helpful. Prescribe to people with very little to nothing experience in business or agriculture who are looking to collapse into the market.

A good introduction

A good introduction to beekeeping for the absolute novice. I have listened to this work as a springboard through more in-depth audibles and would recommend it for anyone desiring to get to grips with the vocabulary etc.

Learn about the behavior of bees

People everywhere are discovering the advantages of suggesting bees at home. A backyard swarm can produce more than enough honey for a mediocre family. There are several species of honeybee available for your hive. The Italian Honeybee is considered the most popular among beekeepers and recommended for beginners.

guide to starting your own mini-farm or maxi-gardn

This audible is an excellent reference and "how-to" guide for anyone interested in operating their own "Mini Farm". It includes lots of useful information and references external sources for additional information. I would have given it five stars but for the fact that I think some of the reporting is less than clear on reporting certain technical aspects of the processes and technologies recommended by the author.

Great resource to get started!

I'm just getting started in "mini-farming" and I've already found the work useful on many accounts. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-follow overview with lots of practical perspicacity from an experienced mini-farmer or anyone interested in growing their food in an efficient, sustainable way.

start a perfect mini-farm,

After expressing this audible I don't think I can go out and start a perfect mini-farm, but I do have a better grasp of when and where to start, and what all will be connected. This work is great if you are the type of person who is an administrator and wants to lay everything out before you try and tackle a large task.

Good work but basic one!

Seems to re-address a lot of the learning in the Square Foot book(s). Does go into areas I've never questioned about. I do like the designs for the automated chicken plucker.
