Love Finds A Way
A sweet story filled with faith, life's hardships, loss and trying to move forward when that loss is almost unbearable.
Clay had secluded himself away from everyone with his only companion, a dog he named Killer. His loss, which he felt was his fault had brought him to a point of just surviving life.
Miriam lived nearby and she and Clay were brought together by several unexpected circumstances, that in actuality seemed to be through God's guidance.
Anything Barbara writes always touches my heart and she never fails to help us remember what is important and that love can be found when least expected.
The narrator was perfect and brought the characters to life. I cannot wait to hear more in this series!

Highly recommend!
This was a delightful story. So many times we blame ourselves for things that are out of our control and continue to feel guilty about them. This is exactly what Clay was doing. However, Miriam was able to break through his barrier by showing kindness and being Christlike to someone who wasn't friendly. Truly the grace and mercy of God as well as loving and kind people can change even the saddest of hearts.
Narration was done well on this book.

Miriam & Clay!
Barbara Goss is a go to listen for me every time she releases a book. Her books always pull me back to what is real and true, clearing my mind and giving me an enjoyable story. This one is exactly what I needed. Clay lives by himself with his dog, Killer. Known as the hermit, he keeps to himself, and his personality is short and not always the nicest. Miriam lives close, and she tries to befriend him, but he isn't interested. When circumstances change though, and she comes to his aid, both have a complete change of heart towards each other. Through faith, warmth and love the two find their way. Now, yes, it's a sweet romance, but there is a hint of suspense that is woven through and keeps things moving and exciting. There are great secondary characters that I both loved and loved to hate! I loved this story and the evolution of Clay!
This is my first listen by Jamieson Walker and I loved his voice. He is perfectly suited for these characters, and he has a large variety of voices to keep things fresh and moving. I enjoyed his pace and thought the listen was wonderful.

The sheriff was two faced. He tries to coerce Miriam, then comes back with rumors!! He was skeevy and acted like a user and gossip. Like made a lot of wrong assumptions and that angered me. This book blessed me!
The author outdone herself on this one! I so enjoyed the audiobook and the narrator brought it to life. The subjects that she wrote about were hard but Mrs Goss did a an excellent job. Action throughout the book kept me listening even while I was cooking supper. Forgiveness for someone treating you wrong and forgiveness for yourself is a great lesson we must learn. I loved Clay and Miriam’s story. This book blessed me so much that I actually may go back and listen to it all over again.

Just WOW!
I have just finished listening to the audiobook of this beautiful story and WOW! It is interesting, exciting, believable and absolutely heartwarming!
I loved the two main characters, Miriam and Clay. They made such a great couple once they managed to sort themselves out.
Another character that impinged was Miriam's mother. She was a really nice person - very level headed and always making plans in case things didn't go too well. Her advice to her daughter was spot-on.
This was my first time listening to Jamison Walker, the narrator and I am suitably impressed. He comes across well with his many different voices, matching the characters and helping to add that little extra splash of entertainment.
This is another great pairing of author and narrator and I have enjoyed both your efforts!
I listened to a promotional copy of the audiobook and my review is given voluntarily.
