Publisher's Summary

I'm the new owner of a magical mansion.

This mansion, well, it's not your typical building. It's a dungeon from another world, masquerading as just another private residence in the suburbs. It has enchanted rooms, can craft powerful items, build lethal traps, and produce incredible monsters.

And it's my mission to protect and evolve its monstrous inhabitants.

Why

Anyone in there right mind would have noped out of that initial situation. Authors need to stop relying on "because plot" its weak sauce. If the explanation for a character doing something stupid is "because plot" it needs a rewrite. All it would need is the mc having a basic excuse for being invested in the situation. "Because hot" doesn't balance the scales with "probably die" or "sketchy as hell".

Long winded

At points gets long winded and off track with details of things and people that have nothing to do with the main story
Great idea and concept for the story just gets of track

too easygoing MC

Being misled to be fed to a dungeon by a secret government organization should set off a few flags.

Great dungeon crawl book

I love the concept of modern tech mixed with magic. I love the cast of characters and the narrator. Can't wait the next book in the series.

not bad

the begining was a little strange, but enjoyed it enough to get the second one. It's not over sexed and the sex makes sense from a certain point of view.
