Publisher's Summary

Are you interested in the so-called Montessori discipline? If yes, then this is the right book for you!

This book is aimed at parents and caregivers of children between zero and six years of age, who wish to foster their children's intelligence, independence, and love of learning in the home environment.

Today's parents suffer from a severe shortage of free time. Work, family and household obligations, caring for children, commuting, medical check-ups - it is not uncommon to feel suffocated by responsibilities.

That is why, for many, the idea of adding early learning at home to this long list may seem like a utopia. However, as a working mother of two young children, I can attest that it is possible to achieve it, even if you don't have a university degree in early childhood education.

Anyone can do it! The purpose of this audiobook is to facilitate the task and lay the practical foundations of the Montessori method at home, all without detours and without excessively long or abstract explanations.

This audiobook covers:

  • Parenting a Montessori Toddler
  • Why the Montessori Method?
  • Comparison Between Montessori Method and Classic Method
  • What Are the Principles of the Montessori Method
  • Montessori Activities
  • How to Set Up the House (Room by Room) for the Montessori Method
  • Nature and Outdoor Spaces
  • Encouraging Curiosity and Creativity
  • And much more!

I strongly recommend that you try to find a moment each day to listen to the first part of the book, from beginning to end, because that's where I briefly explain the basic concepts of Montessori pedagogy. If you do it, you will be able to take your educational activities to the next level. Find a little time each day and see for yourself.

Then she goes over why the method works. My favorite part was all the ideas for sensory and fine motor activities.

Very nice book!

This isn’t simply about giving you things to do, it tells you why and backs it up with both examples and reasoning.
