Jeremey is my dude. He gets me motivated and ready for the day with these short (less than 10 minutes a piece) guided meditations.
These meditations are not about the practice of magic but the manifestation of a great day by using classic meditation techniques.

I love my mornings
I love this! I usually began my mornings with mental list of things I needed to get accomplished that day. A cup of stress first thing in the morning. These meditations help me to focus first on thanksgivings and well-being for I start my day. Everying is a new beginning and a new chance to get something right you didn't yesterday. Thanks

What a pleasant surprise!
This morning meditation was a wonderful blend of movement and breathing and visualization and really activities poised to help when I want to have a fabulous day. Very cool! Like Jeremy‘s voice and a supportive message . Not sure about the first few seconds of ad, but overall what a wonderful addition to my morning practice.

Jeremy is amazing. His voice is so soothing and his guided meditations are accessible and effective. There are also some meditations from a handful of other MoveWith teachers, Kilty and Peter, that are awesome. Jeremy is amazing! Transformed how I start my days
Wow. I'm relatively new to meditation and Jeremy makes it really approachable. The meditations are really short (5-10min) and easy to fit in in the mornings (I try to do them right when I wake up). His voice is super calming and grounding. After a week of rotating through the meditations I feel like I'm staring off my days calmer and on a more positive note!
