Highly recommended

I am so enthusiastic about this book because being my trainer is one of my significant challenges because I am constantly relying upon other people to get started doing exercise. This book has shown me that building up a routine is one of the essential keys in our life. So, now I have a workout routine; therefore, I haven't delayed my exercises anymore. Some simple things that we don’t head!

This book helped me to see that we don’t keep our own commitments and mostly our own promises when it comes to our health and fitness. Keep the promise that you make to YOURSELF! I really like the statement of “making friends through your fitness!”

Fun way to exercise!

This audio will give you the motivation to exercise. The author has a great tone throughout the whole book and is encouraging and fun. I loved the section on tailored workouts! If you need workout advice or some extra motivation, I highly recommend this book. This book is for everyone!

Exactly what I needed!

This ya a great book! Exactly what I was looking for. So well laid out and easy to follow. I love that I have the workouts right at my fingertips and don’t have to look anything up on my phone. I get distracted on my phone and before I know it I waisted a lot of time. This book is perfect for just opening up and following the workout and then you’re done. A big thank you to the author!

Simple and important

It’s not that I don’t’ know I should exercise, but I lose interest and don’t like to dwell on the effects of lack of exercise. This book is just the motivation I needed to get off my seat and move it! Lift it and shake it.

10 stars for motivation!

As a certified personal trainer I would love to give this audiobook 10 stars for motivation and I wish my clients listen to this audiobook since it will help my work half way through. Yes, I don't like bla bla bla too much, so this audiobook would help to motivate them. However, as a routine of the workout on this audiobook 's against my principle, such as, after warming up then the author guide right through bicep curls and follow by push up! Hold on! We need to work on bigger muscles before smaller muscles. The warm -up part, I won't recommend to stretch hamstrings before weight training as the author guideline. We will do dynamic stretching and I would guide my clients to do more dynamic stretching more than what describe in this audiobook.

Very informative!

I like the tips of all regular activities that we do that can be considered or turn it to exercise and very motivate it. I would recommended for anyone who don’t have time to go to gym should get this book because there are ways to exercise without going to the gym.

Patience and Consistency

I have a lot of experience with exercise and staying fit, but staying motivated is always a big challenge. I love how this book stressed the importance of patience and consistency. As I get older, I'm notorious for being hard on myself when my momentum isn't building fast enough when trying to achieve my fitness goals. This book was a great reminder that a little patience goes a long way when maintaining a good fitness routine.

I found this audiobook highly motivational!

First I just need to say, I love the title of this book! It definitely drew me in. But this audiobook is so much more than just a catchy title, it’s highly motivational. Motivation is my biggest obstacle when it comes to exercising, so I needed to hear this. I was dreading trying to find a personal trainer that would keep me motivated, so I was delighted to learn how to build my own routine. I feel confident that I’ll be more consistent with this tailored routine.

Candid and Informative!

The audiobook motivates to have consistent exercise and stay in tune to my need. It helps with good exercise routine with a few 20 mins work out. It makes me see exercise as an investment to do to my body. It is a guide to help make inform choices and have a fitness journal that fits into my schedule.

Excellent motivation

Amazing motivation book!

This was an excellent motivational book. It provided me the motivation I needed to go back into my training program. I'd been taking a break for a while and had lost drive, but this book jolted me out of my stupor and inspired me to get back to it. Overall, the information is excellent, and the narration is superb.

Inspiring!

This was a great book for motivation. It really gave me a push to do and get back on my routine to workout again. I have been taking a break for a long time now and really had no motivation lately but this book made me stand up and just planned on getting back to it. Great content overall and narration is so good.

Good motivation on the way home from work

I listen to a lot of audiobooks on my way home from work. I wanted to start to exercise after work now that I'm not working from home but I am just too knackered when I get in. I find this book not only informs me of different exercises but puts me into the mind frame so the first thing I do when I come from work is put my trainers on.
