Written in 1941

1941. That explains it all. The actors did a pretty good job with not much to work with. I kept waiting for something interesting to happen and move the story along when it was suddenly over.

Do another one, please.

Although the Today show members should probably not quit their morning jobs to chase Broadway, they were still very enthusiastic and entertaining in their roles in Murder in Studio One. They should make this an annual event!

Give me a break

A high school senior play starring all the teacher`s pets like Meathead and Gloria. Why 2 stars? Because that is a lot more than I could bear to endure but I know it required a lot of prep time to put together. How did I even download this? I hope it was an audible free-bee.

Disappointing

This was a very disappointing performance by the actors as well as the script. I was hoping for something much better.

Talk About Overkill!!!

Lots of back patting on the part of the actors and producers and the giving of credit where none was due. This campy melodrama was so poorly written and overacted that it out-camped itself and became a total waste of time and patience. I can do satire; I can’t do silly.

This is just a showcase for the cast of Today/NBC

If you really enjoy Today and NBC and like the personalities on the shows you will like this live show. As someone who doesn't know them well or particularly care to match their voices with the names this is not much of a story. It was just written to make sure everyone had a part and sound acting is not what they do for a living. I was disappointed because I thought it looked clever but at least it was short.

Mediocre story

The actors were very good, but the storyline confused me to a most severe degree.
