Narcissism is something that can send a shiver down anyone’s back. We hear the word, and we think about someone who is overly proud of themselves, someone who only cares about themselves and who isn’t capable of feeling what others feel; the empathy is gone. And to think about being in a close relationship with this kind of person can seem like a struggle as well, something that only benefits the narcissist while harming the other person. This guidebook is going to take some time to talk about narcissism and NPD.

Amazing collection, narration leaves something to be desired though.
Cliff Weldon’s narration was great, very personable and enthusiastic, despite the mild speech impediments, I sure did miss him when the narration switched to Jason Belleville, who read like a bland newscaster, with a lot of odd word pronunciations, making it almost intolerable for me to stay connected to the last couple of books, but I stuck with it, and I’m glad I did. I’ll still highly recommend this series to anyone who’s suffered at the twisted mind of a narcissist, or to the narcissist trying to learn more about themselves.

Wow excellent listen book...............
Excellent information and Malkin addresses topics we don't often see. Examining healthy narcissism, social media, and our own levels of healthy and negative narcissistic behavior. The very unusual viewpoint of actually making headway with healing or narc partners is discussed, and refreshing, however this is the point in which I'm heeding others to be cautionary.
