The truth

As the subtitle already explains it, this guide has the truth about how you really think. I know, I know, not everything from the brain can be included in a 4+ hour book, but at least there is a lot of information in here. Thanks for putting this together, Jane. Looking forward to more books from this author.

Good stuff

The brain is such a vital organ to the body, probably the most important one. I think books like this should be studied and taken into consideration.

The chapters reaper themselves.

Very annoying book as the chapters keep repeating themselves and you have to listen to it over and over again.

Not a good experience.
