Must Read for New Agents

I listened to this audiobook on my afternoon bike rides while I was completing my Pre-License course. The narration was great and the content was extremely helpful. Many of my questions about this new career adventure were answered, including questions I didn’t even know to ask. I feel exponentially more confident starting my career in Real Estate.

Must read for anyone in sales!

This book lays out the practical steps necessary to be successful in sales in the 21st century. What I really like is what’s missing-no trendy, shiny object gimmicks to “close the sale.” The author has packaged a straightforward system that just works. Larry Kendall gave me permission to be myself, build relationships and thrive in my real estate business.

Truly a game changer!

I wish I was aware of Ninja selling during my 1st year. No regrets for not starting sooner. Because when the student is ready the teacher will come. I'm just greatful to have discovered it. 12 years in and a team of 95 agents, our steps are lining up to the Ninja lifestyle!

by far the best real estate sales training ever

I have been a full-time realtor since 2007. I have listened to many webinars. Sat in many seminars and classes. Read many books. very few of the ones that I have come across go into such explicit detail on mapping out a successful sales program. probably only The Millionaire Real Estate Agent comes close. I prefer the Ninja Selling approach because I'm not looking to build a team which is a primary focus of The Millionaire Real Estatestate Agent. I also like the subtle soft close approach. it does not encourage you to be overbearing for ABC, always be closing. lol.

Game Changer!

This book is great for sales, real estate, and simply being a decent human being to your network/ sphere. I recommend to anyone in sales, especially real estate. This breaks down every real estate process step by step, gives great general sales best practices, and great ways to improve communication. It's nothing fancy. It just makes the basics easy to follow and implement. It reinforces that introverts can be great in sales, too.
