Many nonprofit organizations run into various legal and tax problems if and when they don’t take the right steps when opening and filling their paperwork with their state and Federal government.

Learning to make a difference
I bought this book as I am looking to start my own nonprofit. Coming into this I knew very little about the process. This book was a detailed guide to the steps of the process and I enjoyed reading it or listening to it which ever you say. I would say if you were advanced in this subject this may not be the book for you but if you are looking for a start and looking to learn it is great. I will have other members of my nonprofit listen to my copy so that they can understand the process as well. It was well worth the money spent. I would like to say thank you to the author for sharing the information.

I mean it was nice. It was super short. I would like a book with more examples.
Also, I am not a fan of the narrators voice. It definitely bugged me more than i would think for a book and made it hard to focus.

The content was really good, very helpful. The narrator though was hard to understand sometimes, voice drags, would be better with different narrator. Glad I got it listen to it several times and will again several times.
