Anger Issues No Longer!

This audiobook was awesome! I could tell Iasha and Stacy put a lot of hard work into writing this audiobook, the intricacies and beautiful word choices were all so awesome! Joanne did a great job voicing this as well and put on a great performance.

The main reason I purchased this audiobook was for my brother. My Brother has a very hard time trying to put what he wants into words, which usually gets him upset. This audiobook helped him manage his emotions, and I can tell that he's actually become a better person overall. If you are on the edge of purchasing this audiobook, just go for it!

It's Ok Not To Be Ok

I got this audiobook, as a close friend has three teenagers currently feeling the pressures of growing up. Actually, after listening to the audiobook, the many gems of practical advice, support and guidance could be used by teenagers and adults alike. I also found the mindfulness techniques useful, as I often find myself worrying about work deadlines. Now I have learnt simple ways to come back into the present moment, which is important whatever our emotional state inside is. The audiobook also has really useful to have practical exercises to complete. The narration was easy to listen to and the topics were clearly structured.

My favorite book recently!

This book shows us good ways of understanding our anger than swallowing it! The exercises after every chapter are really useful for our thinking when we encounter emotional problems. And the step-by-step treatments are also organized well! I believe this is not the issue just for teenagers, I know so many adults who cannot nicely control their anger as well! So I can definitely recommend it to EVERYONE who cannot manage his/her anger!

I really needed this!

This book could not have come at a better time. I know it says for teens and it absolutely is! But it has actually helped me drastically over these past few days and I highly recommend it for anyone who snaps quickly, gets angry whether you lash out on others or keep it to yourself which is only hurting you more. This will really help walk you through the steps to leading a more calm, happy and appreciative life! For you and those around you. (very important)

An Encyclopedia of Anger Management!

This book is so thorough, it would be a step down to call it a book. I would not hesitate to label it as a monograph on anger management. The authors are very thorough and they have not left any stone unturned in dealing with this sensitive issue. One of the best thing about this book (there are many) is that it helps both the sides, parents & teens. Being a parent of one teen and one going to be next year, I grabbed this book on a whim. And I am thanking that whim since then! The layout of the book is unique as it seemed to me as if I am with an experienced therapist. There are lots of exercises, techniques & therapies for self evaluation, changing your behavior for the better, finding the triggers for your anger and much more. I highly recommend this book to parents of teenage kids and also to teens and young adults.

A great Help book

I learned some interesting stuff which I’m hoping will help with my teenage daughter. The hard part will be getting her to read it as well. This book answers all the questions I needed answering.

Great for teenagers

The author does a great job in doing their research and putting this together. Although I’m not a teenager, my younger sister is 17 and I’ve got her to listen to this. She particularly liked the chapter on the mindfulness technique.
