Less calming than other meditation apps

Was surprised that the ocean did not make an entry until about minute 20. Otherwise, there is ambient sound that was not so ambient. I also did not find the narrator's voice that calming. I prefer Audible's aptive series for sleep. Will try this out more, but don't think that I am sold on this one.

Ocean

A complete waste of time!

Who creates an AUDIO book with basically no AUDIO! Only a couple of minutes of guided meditation and the rest of the time is silent save for a couple minutes of ocean waves at the end. I can't believe Audible selected this to help you sleep. If silence was all you needed to sleep, why would you need an audiobook?!

Works Every Time

In contrast to some of the other options in this series, this one is startling at first, but has worked flawlessly every time. I don't believe I've ever stayed awake long enough to listen to more than 10mins.

Very relaxing

Very relaxing. Nice mix of music and ocean sounds. My only critique would be that it is just a little too short. I'm usually still awake when it ends.

Enjoyable

he narrator leads you through a series of steps to relax you and prepare you for sleep . it ends with a period of relaxing music to lull you to sleep
