Story
So, it turns out Titan power is pretty awesome. Only I can’t control my new gift and that’s not only embarrassing but also dangerous. And I’m sure our new professor is one of the two demons I accidentally let loose in Olympus. Icarus says we should lay low for a while but every time Professor Neos flashed me those red eyes I want to challenge him. And when students start collapsing to the ground with their souls stolen, I don’t have a choice but to act.

Story
I’m supposed to be the last of my kind, all-powerful, and marked by prophecy for greatness. But, something, somewhere, must have gone wrong, because I have no power or greatness. The prophecy must be about my sister, the only other living being with our kind's blood in her veins, but she's been in a magical sleep for eight years and is slowly turning to stone. I will do anything to save her, but the answers I need are inside Poseidon’s underwater palace. The fiercely powerful ocean god rules his realm with brutal efficiency, and nobody is ever allowed to get close to him.

Zane Obispo spends every day exploring the sleeping volcano in his backyard. "The Beast", as he calls it, is the one place where he can escape other kids, who make fun of him because he has a limp and walks with a cane. After a plane crashes into The Beast, a mysterious girl named Brooks shows up at Zane's doorstep, insisting that they meet at the volcano, where she will reveal a terrible secret. Zane agrees. Brooks tells him that the volcano is actually a centuries-old prison for the Mayan god of death, whose destiny is directly tied to Zane's.

A wonderful book for strong girls

Publisher's Summary
Titans have powers that even Zeus, Lord of the Olympians, is scared of. And apparently, I’m a Titan.
When I finally meet my mom for the first time ever, she tells me that I’m descended from the almighty Oceanus, drags me under the sea, and dumps me at Olympus Academy to learn to use my powers. And boy, did she forget to tell me a few things!
It turns out that other than the gorgeous and mysterious Icarus, I’m the only Titan at the academy. Everyone else is an Olympian. And unless we can convince Zeus we’re not dangerous, he’ll throw us out. And the one thing mom did tell me was that if I ever go home to the mortal world, demons will seek out me and my family and kill us. So, getting kicked out of school is not an option.
Even though I seem to have barely any power at all, my professor believes I can find a legendary box hidden somewhere in the academy that holds the key to finding my lost ancestor. Only a Titan can find the box, and if I give it to Zeus, we’ll be allowed to stay.
The trouble is, I’ll have to work with Icarus to find it, and he is impossibly moody and unhelpful. Plus, I can’t think straight every time I get a glimpse of those piercing green eyes. Added to that, the other students are doing their best to make my life hell because I’m a Titan. It’s not going to be easy to find that box. Then, there’s the fact that even if I do find it, I’m not allowed to open it.
Olympus Academy: The Titan’s Treasure is an adventure romance suitable for all ages, perfect for fans of Percy Jackson and Harry Potter. Expect action, mythology, magic, gorgeous guys with wings, mermaid shifters, sunken treasure, and a heroine who doesn't take no for an answer!

Supernatural HS Story
This was a fairly generic supernatural high school story. It did have parts that were quite bright & unique. Unfortunately they only peeked out like decorations along a rather formulaic story arc. I found it slow on those parts of the arc with less embellishments, if you will - the standard mean girl parts, etc. I’m grateful to have had to chance to read it & actually find myself interested to follow the rest of the arc for the main character & her boyfriend, so in the end, that is a success! It did draw me in & made me care about them.

Titans at the Academy oh my
This story reminds me both of Harry Patter and Percy Jackson, with a dash of mean girls . Dora is thrown into a world she knows nothing about and is the outcast girl at school. She is able to make a few friends and struggles daily. The story has good elements and leaves you wanting more.
The narrator does a good job changing voices and giving each character their own unique sound.

Fun kids book
This was a fun kids book - it reminded me of something like Percy Jackson or Harry Potter, where the main character finds out they are special and goes off to school. There was a conclusion to the mystery of the Titan's treasure, and it left an opening for further books without leaving a cliff hanger.
The narrator was good, with different voices for the different characters.

Unique
The author created a pretty cool world. Surprisingly the mythology seemed pretty spot on in the research. The audiobook was full of action, mystery, intrigue and some yummy romance. Hated how everyone picked on her. The narrator could have done a better job getting into the story and providing passion behind the characters. Otherwise enjoyed the uniqueness.

A giant Treasure of a listen
Book 1 in a new series . The author mixed a fast pace action story . The story is a fantasy story that has many levels. What happens when a mortal , human man falls for a goddess. What kind of Child do the 2 bloods creature . A girl is born , she’s named Pandora. Her mother is a Titan goodness that lives in the Ocean. Her mother left her and made Pandora a promise . Pandora is stubborn, she won’t give up or accept excuses from her mother . Does Pandora get any gifts from her gifted mother . How will the Olympian gods feel about Pandora . Will the Olympians test her test her hard hoping she will lose .
I’m a big fan on the Greek Mythology, love all stories . This story is great. It will have you listening till the end .
Kathleen Li Performance was great. She has a great smooth, husky voice , It’s clear and strong . You can tell all the characters by her tone
