12 Days at Bleakly Manor: Brought together under mysterious circumstances, Clara and Ben discover that what they’ve been striving for isn’t what ultimately matters. What matters most is what Christmas is all about...love.

A Tale of Two Hearts: Pleasure seeker William Barlow needs a wife immediately to gain his uncle’s inheritance, and Mina Scott is just the girl to make him look respectable - too bad she turns him down. Ought he give her a second chance?

The Old Lace Shop: Recently widowed Bella White is finally freed from the domination of the overbearing men in her life, but when she enters into a business partnership with the handsome Edmund Archer, she begins to wonder if marriage is worth a second chance.

I loved this book!

I'm so glad that I bought this book. I know that I will listen to it every Christmas. All 3 stories took me to the time of Charles Dickens putting me into the world of old England. Nam McNamara is so good with all of the characters, accents, and personal nuances. Truly I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with thes lovely stories!

So wonderful

These stories were amazing. A second chance coin and a few characters, including Dickens himself, link the stories together. I will definitely read more from this author. Clean romance, we defined characters, and fabulous stories. . what more does a reader need.

Boring

I really tried to like this book, but halfway through the first story, I couldn't take it and more. Simply put, it was boring. It was the writing style more than the plot. Too simple; too silly. Disappointed.

Egads,..!!.. A British Offering Should Be Read By a Brit..!!

🥱 yawn, 😴 snore, 😑 boredom
Tedious is the nicest thing I can say about it… narrator was an incredibly poor choice

Such an enjoyable trio of stories!

These three stories had Dickens, as a character winding through them . It incorporates mysteries, murders and romance.

Delightful Collection of Christmas Stories

This collection of Christmas stories will entertain you. The common thread from story to story adds a bit of intrigue. Definitely a book I will read again at Christmas time.

First two stories enjoyable

Though the first story started off a little slow I warmed to it and ended up enjoying it. Enjoyed the second story even more. The third story tried my patience. The first person narration was annoying, as were some of Bella’s character traits. Decided not to finish listening to it after a couple of chapters. Life is too short to listen to a story you do not enjoy.

Sweet Dickens-ish stories!

These are perfect for Christmas time. There are some very Christian themes throughout but it isn't preachy and they are well done. I am not normally a fan of Christian books even though I am a Christian lol. I really enjoyed this!
