Please do not have software narrate your book

The information and content are great. The software narrating the book kids hard to listen to. Some voice inflection and emotion in an audiobook can go a long way.

one man's lucky experience

this is just a uncreatively told story of a couple with a high income being in the right place at the right time. gives few, if any, details on how to actually purchase rentals. It comes off as gloating and bragging.

Hope he doesn’t cut corners like this with his rentals

This audiobook is being read by some kind of AI voice. It’s basically impossible to listen to and enjoy.

Highly Suggest

Fantastic book. Realistic, down-to-earth, wise and humble. Great information for anyone starting out in real estate investing. Narration was quite hard to deal with. Felt like it sounded robotic most of the time.

Not Worth the Credit

Half of the book is his life with Olivia, and housing market crash. He had me in the beginning but lost me very quickly. He didn’t dive into details, it’s a very vague book on his story. I picked up two things from this book that will help me. Don’t buy alligators and be ready for the housing market collapse.

One of the best real estate books out there.

Loved it! I've read hundreds of real estate books. It has real life examples too. This is one of kind.
