Publisher's Summary

Organic chemistry is a difficult subject. There are many topics that are overviewed in your textbook as if you are wading through mud. To help you understand the subject with ease, Organic Chemistry, a guide to help you ace and survive the course, is available.

With the information, you should be able to navigate your case a little easier. You are going to build on the knowledge as you would through your organic chemistry class. This audiobook shows you an easier way to understand the topics.

Often in class, you are given several topics all in one day that are building on each part but leave you with many questions. The audiobook attempts to answer the questions of relevancy, how one thing leads to another, and how to read the nomenclature/structures to understand compounds better.

wasn't what I hoped

this book is short and like half of the book is practice questions, which this is a terrible format for and practice questions for all these concepts are all over the internet. this book didn't help me understand anything better, I got a B+ in the class but never finished this book. save the credit..

Understandable book.

A bit of a departure from his usual stories, and I loved it. My only complaint is that it ended about 100 pages too soon. I'm hoping he explains part two and keeps the attention firmly one these two characters.

I enjoyed this listen tremendously.

I enjoyed this listen tremendously. I loved the characters and especially the way Author conceptualized Brendan's emotional world giving it a childlike almost robotic feel weaved with what could easily be interpreted as a form of exceptionally high function Aspergers or something falling within the autism spectrum range. Josh, the ever-patient translator of the real world and its emotional realm made for the perfect character in this story to guide Brendan's emotional awakening and the realization that there is more to life than genius and work. Wonderful emotional "coming of age" narrative as well a brilliant glimpse into the cognitive world of genius.
