MC Story ~ Raw, Turbulent, Sexy!

Ok, I'll admit it, the smokin` hot cover really caught my eye! But it was story and narration that really drew me in! This MC story's got some steamy sex scenes, a decent plot, and great character development.

From the very beginning, Brass was a likeable character, who was not only tough, and sexy but compassionate. Without knowing anything about Missy, he claims her as his "Old Lady" in an attempt to save her and her younger sisters lives. When Missy finds herself and her younger sister at the mercy of the Grizzlies MC gang, with only Brass to protect them, she's thinking she's suffering from a strong case of Stockholm Syndrome because she so attracted to Brass. While he convinces her to play along with the "Old Lady" charade, the chemistry between them develops into something more. As their feelings towards each other become real, they find themselves in danger, and Brass will do whatever it takes to hold on, and save what is "his".

The dual narration was great! Mason and Tatiana both did an awesome job delivering the different emotions from the dirty talk, steamy sex scenes, to the character's angst during the more intense scenes.

Another Kindle Unlimited gem, and Whispersync deal that totally captivated me for hours! I've already downloaded book two!

A chance find .... great listen!

I am very particular about certain story lines and biker romances fall into that category.

The story of Missy and Brass is believable... totally hot and gives me my HEA after some plot twists. This is very bikeish! There are other MC series I prefer, but this will do in the interim. Missy meets Brass under harsh circumstances that cause he to act to save her life. Their story takes off from there. I do not want to spoil the plot. I believe it is best when heard.

Tatiana Sokolov is one of my favorite narrator/performer, which is why I gave this story a shot to begin with. Mason Loyd grated on my nerves. This is worth a sale and if nothing better is out there, a credit.

Terrible

This book was terrible. The narrators did a good job considering the poor excuse of a book they were given to read. Don't waist your time.

Short and sweet but oh so delicious!

Loved the start of this series! Hope the rest of the books live up to it! Being an old lady (we don’t wear property patches or call ourselves a club) and owning my own bike it’s easy to get swept up in this world! Can’t wait for the next ride in this series!

Fight for love

This book was freaking awesome. I just love Nicole Snow’s books. She always does such an amazing job. Then to top that off this book gave me what I love about MC books. You had this sexy alpha biker guy. A guy that that he was tough, untouchable, lived for the brotherhood, and not a family man. All this was true until the right woman came along and the right woman brought him to his knees. Now she is what he lives for and will do anything to keep her safe.

Brass was the main male character in the story. He was this rouged sexy biker who would do anything for his brothers. He had on these rose colored glasses so to speak and did not see the rotten corruption that was in the Grizzlies MC. This club had strayed so far from what they use to be. I thought it was funny that this man that thought he was so untouchable was brought to his knees by a beautiful lady and a teenage girl.

Missy was this spit fire. I loved how brave she was. She had suffered the loss of her father, was facing raising her teenage sister, and covered in debt not knowing where their next dime was going to come from. She found out her dad had some hidden money. The problem was she did not know how dirty this money truly was. When the MC came a knocking..Okay they did not knock but they were there to take what was theirs, she realized her fate was sealed. Her and her little sister was facing danger and their lives were at stake.

I loved how Brass was doing his best to keep these two girls alive. Funny how quickly he staked his claim by calling Missy his old lady. He felt it was the only way at the time to keep them alive.

Things will get pretty hot and heavy between Brass and Missy. Brass will discover that he has the family that he never knew he desired. Missy will learn how she is attracted to this bad boy and find out that for once she has someone that cares and she can lean on. Oh, things are not going to be a bed of roses. The wolves are on their heels or I guess in this case it would be Grizzlies. Brass will have to chose between Missy and her sister or his brothers in the MC. Danger keeps finding them and they need to find out a way to survive.

This was a great book and if you love MC books then you will love this one. I had the audio along with borrowing the book on KU so I got to use the whispersync feature. The audio was really amazing. I loved how Nicole chose two narrators for the audio a male and a female voice.The narrators did an amazing job and having both male and female really added to giving you this amazing experience.

GOOD START, INTERESTING CHARACTERS & SWEET ROMANCE

Brass and Missy's relationship didn't start off well..... to protect the vulnerable woman and her sister Brass claims Missy as his Old Lady and, in doing so, he has saved them from being killed and also is now totally responsible for them. He doesn't know what to do with them both - but he knows what he'd like to do to Missy although he initially resists the temptation and instead puts her to work cleaning the Clubhouse (all I can say is... yuk yuk yuk). Missy is attracted to the handsome Biker but she's scared too - not just of him but also this frightening, violent, crazy, very sexual and intimidating new world that they've found themselves in.

Pent up desire leads to passion and sexy times as Brass does a 180 and puts Missy first.... before his Club, before his Brothers and before himself. He's a lovely Hero - thoughtful, caring, compassionate and very very sexy. There's conflict amongst the Grizzlies because its President, and some other members, have very different goals, objectives and personalities..... they are vicious, violent, evil and very sneaky because it isn't too long before Missy and Brass feel their wrath and witness the horrors.

Raw, gritty and dirty MC talk, dual POV's and good narration made this a juicy, entertaining and enjoyable listen. Yes, there are better MC books out there but this is a very acceptable addition to a well loved genre of mine.

Worth a credit? I did pass this by a few times because it's only 7 hrs long and I prefer a lengthier listen for my credit. However, sometimes I just say "Oh, to Hell with it", suck it up and use my credit. So it's up to you.... if you like the genre too and feel the same way then go for it - but if not then put it in your Wish List and wait for a Sale.

Fantabulous!

As usual, Ms Snow does not disappoint! She is definitely my favorite author for this genre!

Horrible experience

I was bored and decided to give a new author a look, So here goes. This story is a very bad knockoff of Sons of Anarchy.

Dad makes bad decision that comes back to hurt his kids. Kids are spared by bleeding heart bad biker. Girl falls into instant love with her savior. Sister is overall extra sulky teenager.

This story has nothing remotely engaging. I tried to sit through 4 chapters and have called it an end.

I really only chose this story because mason Lloyd was a narrator. I am so over these horrible knock off stories that are based in really bad fan fiction.

it's ok

it's not a bad story the narration is wonderful the plot is good it's a good story but I probably won't be listening to the others the idea behind the story line is good but it could have filled out a little more

Brass & Missy

An action packed and exhilarating ride to go on with the Grizzly MC. This was a raw and gritty story. Brass is a protective, dangerous, but lovable man. He saves Missy and her sister, which means chaos ensues... I loved every thrilling moment.
Mason Lloyd and Tatiana Sokolov were perfect narrators for this story, they truly brought these rough, gruff, and amazing characters to life.
