Practical info, but outdated links

Good book with lots of practical info. Better to have the hard copy / (free) ebook, so that one can refer back to the materials. Many of the links are outdated, but the ebook has updated links; I was able to read and listen at the same time, which helps.

For those interested, the ebook is available at outsmartendo.com or https://integrativewomenshealthinstitute.com/endobook/endobookfreedloi/.

In terms of narration, Jacqueline Carly was a tad robotic, and mispronounced the word kefir, though she was pleasant enough to listen to.

Information I Needed! Thank you!

The book provides a lot of information. If you listen to the book thoroughly, you’ll be provided with a site to where you can download a lot of the needed information. Hope this helps!

A little short but informative

I think this book is better consumed via the physical paper copy. The listen is short but informative. A lot of the end of the book refers to the website to see recipes and other important resources.

Nothing new for the educated patient

I bought this thinking I’d learn something new about endometriosis treatment. I didn’t. While this book might be helpful for young patients who don’t know much about endo yet, it’s definitely nothing new to seasoned endo patients who have tried everything including the treatments in this book. If you don’t know much about endo then it’s a good place to start, but if you’ve lived with this disease for a long time and tried everything including seeing registered a dietitian, elimination diets, pelvic floor physio etc, then you’ll find yourself waiting for the “ahaa! Moment” that never comes.
