Anxiety - and the negative thought patterns it brings with it - can wreak havoc on an otherwise healthy relationship. Feelings of abandonment, insecurity, jealousy, and fear can all stem from anxiety of some kind and will continue to play out in your relationship until the root of the problem is addressed.

Employing a listener-friendly, psychology-based approach, Anxiety in Your Relationship examines the most common manifestations of anxiety in romantic relationships and offers simple strategies to break the destructive cycles of fear and insecurity.

In this audiobook, you will learn:

  • Why seeking reassurance can become a bad habit that puts pressure on your partner and weakens relationships
  • How to remain honest and vulnerable in your relationship without sounding “crazy” or “clingy”

Good book and helpful.

The best thing that has come out of this book for myself is that I should possibly communicate much better about my own insecurities in a relationship.

perfect book.

I was in a long distance relationship and it was fairly difficult for me to understand my partner and was really worried if this was going to work out for me or not. I used to read a lot to curb with my anxiety and this was one of the best books that I found related to anxiety.
