Not a book

This is not a book but a recording of a series of lectures he gave. It was still great content I was just confused when I started listening.

Humorous Sermon about Anger

It is a sermon and not a book. I was unable to rewind & fast forward. Perhaps it was a technical issue? I enjoyed how the author made fun of himself which lightened the message. Great breakdown of the types of anger and how anger can be used in a positive way.
