Free of perfectionism.

In a fun, easy and didatic way, Stephenie points out the negative side of perfectionism and give us a framework through which we can work on how to become an imperfectionist. It is really liberating to realize that it is all made up by our minds. With a new perspective and some drilling we can recondition ourselves and be free of perfectionism.

This book is fantastic.

This book is fantastic. There's so much power in acknowledgement, and this book gave me the information necessary to finally name the source of my anxiety - Perfectionism. The author also provides clear guidance and tools on how to begin to overcome your Perfectionism. This book was an easy and impactful read.

This is a great read.

This is a great read. As a life long perfectionist who deals with other issues as well, this book gave me insights into myself and my family. It's a quick, relatable, easy-to-read book and will immediately have light bulbs clicking on over your head.

If you've dealt or dealing with perfectionism.

If you've dealt or dealing with perfectionism then this book is a good read to support your journey. It is a thoughtful journey full of personal insights and growth. A good companion book when I went through the same struggle in my life. Perfectionism is such an interesting mental illness and the author talks about an initial misdiagnosis. The fact is most perfectionists probably don't know they are until it's too late - when they're already depressed or having substance abuse issues.
