Most helpful to understanding!!

This audiobook was able to clearly and simply distill the complexities of the mind and all of the factors that require our awareness. The author is very knowledgeable and the audiobook contains lots of practical steps for changing mental habits. Overall, This audiobook has a lot of easy to implement steps to empower my mind.

Best Audio Book

Overthinking is the cancer of the 21st century. People cannot maintain their attention for more than 5 seconds, and the horror is that we can't tell the difference between reality and imaginary scenarios that serve absolutely no purpose, except to leave you stressed, insecure, and vulnerable.

This book is a rehashing of other peoples ideas

This book should've been written by Captain obvious. The fact that it has a 5.0 rating should cause you to wonder. It is not possible for any book to receive a rating is high. Even if the book is good they're going to be people who are just not going to like it. For it to have such high ratings should cause you to wonder. They are only 129 ratings on this book but I have learned from audible is you need at least 1000 ratings for the ratings to be worth a d@mn.
