Awful reading

I enjoy the content, but the reader has horrendous flow and can't seem to read a single sentence fluidly. I have a hard time paying attention because he puts emphasis on all the wrong words. I never want to listen to a book read by him.

Not bad, but could improve.

The narrator paused often and was somewhat boring but it was good to help me relax and think about what he was saying and I could use the sleep timer as I went to sleep every night. The story had some interesting and useful ideas but could have been better overall.

Good quality audiobook

I was hoping their audiobook would be more of the same. she did not disappoint, and there were plenty of pieces in the audiobook that were never shared on IG, so I was never bored. a beautiful audiobook that made me feel less alone in the world.

I exceptionally suggest this audiobook

I comprehend the main drivers of my nervousness in various social circumstances now and have started to utilize the instruments the creator proposes all the time. Beginning to see genuine outcomes, which is empowering. I exceptionally suggest this audiobook.

Great audiobook

Listening to this audiobook you will learn how to overcome your destructive thoughts and how to start thinking positively. Then you will be able to enjoy social events and to stop overthinking. The audiobook is about ovеrсоmе yоur dеѕtruсtivе thought.

Narrator is too difficult to listen to

Tried to listen. Very interested in topic but couldn’t make it past 60 seconds of that narrator.

Unlistenable

I was only able to get through 10 minutes of this as the narrator is absolutely horrible. His delivery is so distracting I found it nearly impossible to focus on the content which may otherwise be good.
