This book has helped me tremendously

I have read a lot of books about self help and how to have a better self image.I have a really big problem with overthinking and rumination .This book already helped me to understand where my over thinking stems from. And how to manage this problem. Extremely relatable and makes you feel better that you're not alone in your anxious feelings. Its a good job and I am striving to implement some of the informations in my daily habits.
