Deceptive

This book claims that it uses scientific methods to overcome over thinking but not even a few minutes into the audiobook does it start talking about “disciples of christ” which of course has nothing to do with science and is just unneeded propaganda drivel. Shameless.

"Over thinking..." is a must have book!

Over Thinking is not the Solution book s presented by Author Robert Charles is a vital resource for everyone, especially, in the face of the Covid-19 worldwide pandemic. The latter is a terrible disaster that causes eight hundred million people to die prematurely and sixty million to suffer from anxiety. This book is essentially a must-have, everyone must have a copy. The author produces a fantastic and practical guide that can assist mental health recipients as well as those who are experiencing anxiety due to Covid-19 to find this powerful tool to overcome them. In each chapter, he defines the problem and then, provides a type of guideline that would help people to declutter their minds and be free from their prison. Also at the end of each chapter, he offers positive takeaways which are powerfully able to lead people to reduce stress, and eliminate negative thinking; instead, to clarify and master their emotions in order to live with purpose. it is awesome that he provides Biblical references that are extremely comforting. I learn not to overthink, I need to pray more, to exercise. take time from work, and live a balanced life. I am willing to recommend and present this book to my family and all my friends.

Not as it seems

Those book is based on religious practice which is not what I was after. I don’t recommend, unless prayer is your way to stop overthinking
