Self discipline. That’s what I liked!

This audiobook gave me the right push. Full of information and tools to practice.
The subtitle says “ Change your brain and be yourself ”.
The wrong side of me, is in the things I will discard from my habits and priorities I will choose.
Other chapters that I liked, those about Procrastination, Setting goals and Developing Mental toughness.
So full of suggestions that I think I will listen to it again to deepen my comprehension
Fair purchase and pleasant listening

TAKE NOTES AND PRACTICE !! Practice, practice !!

In this audiobook I found extremely helpful information and suggestions.
I had some anxiety problems and I was thinking about something in endless circles.
I didn’t know where to start to change my habits. And improve results.
I was missing a straight goal and a way to achieve it
Listening to this audiobook I realized that the information given by the Author, could only be useful if I put it into practice.
Day by day and with consistency. Creating to do lists, prioritizing and eliminating unnecessary tasks.
Agreeing with the information received is not enough.
This audiobook is a real-life guide on the best way to declutter my mind.
But it takes practice keeping the main thing…the main thing
Would like to thank the Author, the narrator too…and my will to keep on the right track
