Story
Almost every religion, spiritual practice, philosophy and person grapples with fear. The most repeated phrase in the Bible is “Be not afraid.” The ancient Greeks spoke of phobos, panic and terror. It is natural to feel fear, the Stoics believed, but it cannot rule you. Courage, then, is the ability to rise above fear, to do what’s right, to do what’s needed, to do what is true. And so it rests at the heart of the works of Marcus Aurelius, Aristotle, and CS Lewis, alongside temperance, justice, and wisdom.

TAKE NOTES AND PRACTICE !! Practice, practice !!
In this audiobook I found extremely helpful information and suggestions.
I had some anxiety problems and I was thinking about something in endless circles.
I didn’t know where to start to change my habits. And improve results.
I was missing a straight goal and a way to achieve it
Listening to this audiobook I realized that the information given by the Author, could only be useful if I put it into practice.
Day by day and with consistency. Creating to do lists, prioritizing and eliminating unnecessary tasks.
Agreeing with the information received is not enough.
This audiobook is a real-life guide on the best way to declutter my mind.
But it takes practice keeping the main thing…the main thing
Would like to thank the Author, the narrator too…and my will to keep on the right track
