Worth a try.

There are many books like this on the platform, and I wouldn’t say that it is somewhat more outstanding, but there is one thing I like about this book a lot- it is complete. I didn’t have any questions when I finished, and I started straight away. Food list, meal, plan, various instruction, recipes, everything! For this reason, only I recommend it.

Simple but good.

I don’t have a lot of experience and not too much weight to lose, but the general concept of the Paleo diet really made me excited about it. Recommended for everyone who is looking for a long term lifestyle you can stick to.

Perfect for beginners.

I have never been so committed and driven when trying to lose weight. The author of this book really convinced me to do the right thing and put myself together. And the results are coming, slowly but surely.

Take everything and use it.

With this book, you have to be able to understand a little bit about diet upfront. If you don’t know a thing about calories or macros, it can be a little difficult to understand everything straight away.
What about my results? I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks with this book. Great!

Good.

I don’t believe in miracle diets what so ever, But when it comes to the Paleo diet, it changed my mind a little bit. Following the approach inside this book, I managed to shed of decent 10 pounds off my figure. It was not easy, but I am pround of myself!

For weight loss.

I am not even close to a health expert, so it is difficult to talk about that, I feel more energy following this diet, and weight loss is almost guaranteed if you follow the advice in this book

Feel better!

I don't know why Paleo gets less and less popularity these days. It is definitely better and more natural than Keto. My weight loss results so far - 12 kilos in 3 months!
