Diet

I have never heard about this type of diet and this book gives all the information I needed as well as scientific reasons to back it up.
I loved the recipies in here too. I am thinking of trying this diet out since some of the other diets I have tried in the past have failed.

Perfect Book for Begginers

If you are trying to learn the basics of Paleo, with scientific evidence backing it up and a simple and clear language. Narrator have a nice slow pace and a clear voice that allows you time to grab on the concepts.
Definitely recommend this book.

Good overview of how to start paleo

So its the new year. I have been trying to decide between doing paleo and keto; this book helped me work on going over what all where the parts of paleo and how i can maintain and do it in my own life.

i have to say it helped me a decent amount.

Great Book for Dieting and Weightloss

I've been flipping around with diets lately since im trying to lose weight, and after reading this book, i finally found one that I like, with weightloss that i like! Paleo is by far one of the best diets ive been on. when im on paleo im never hungry, and the food is amazing compared to the bland food you have to eat with other diets. This book is amazing if youre looking for a good diet to be on without feeling like youre on a diet. If you consider doing paleo, i highly recommend this book since it goes through all of the basis you need for the diet, and explains them throughly, so you never feel lost.

If You’re Starting Paleo I’d Recommend!

So i’m into trying a bunch of diets to see what works for me. I recently tried keto and saw paleo was similar and decided to get this book to give it a go and i was amazed on how much information is in this book. It taught me everything i needed to know on how to start the paleo diet. I’m glad i trusted my gut feeling and bought this book. WOULD RECOMMEND!

Great book for people looking to start the paleo d

This book was a great introduction to the Paleo Eating Lifestyle. It is a concise explanation of the philosophy (and science) behind why the diet works to improve fat loss (what we really want in long term, sustained weight loss), increase energy and improve overall health and wellness. As an endurance athlete, my motivation is to fuel my body for improved performance, improved recovery and improved utilization of fat stores as an energy source. This diet does all three, not to mention the added benefits of a well-defined, lean body, without ever feeling hungry. Thank you for sharing this information! This book is written as if the author were having a conversation with you. It reads smoothly and motivates you to start the diet yesterday! I had already "gone paleo" before reading this book, but wanted to learn a little more about it. The Paleo Diet strengthened my conviction to do so. If you want more of a detailed, scientific explanation of why the diet is effective, and why it's an excellent diet, read Paleo for Beginners, by Tim Ryans. EXCELLENT BOOK!! Oh, forgot to mention that The Paleo Diet had some really great recipes at the end also!

A Fascinating New Insight

Although the paleo diet is growing in popularity, its circumstances and effects never seem to amaze people. Too few people are aware of its health benefits and ease. From reading this book, I learned a lot of information that I did not know about Paleo and now feel more knowledgeable on the topic. Very well written book with helpful tips.

Great book for weight loss!

After struggling for years with my weight, I decided to finally make a change. I started eating better and exercising and picking up books to help with my journey and "Paleo for Beginners" is one of them. This book is full of great tips on how to plan out your meals and exercises and ways to prolong your life via getting healthy. I have lost a bit of weight since buying "Paleo for Beginners" and I will continue reading and using this book throughout my weight loss journey.

Great Diet Audiobook

Love this audiobook. Teached me a lot of things I didn't know about this diet and I'm gonna start implementing everything I have learn.
