Too Bad People Don't Learn

This was a good listen. A good lesson, too. People are interesting...some never learn about motives, greed and creature habits.

good book

I love this book... it tells how life can change in an instant and having a lot of money can not buy everything such as love. Thank you Reshonda Tate Billingsley for writing an awesome story! All of the narrators performed greatly for each character!

Another Hit!!!

I love this author, she never disappoints. I would definitely recommend to others. Since I am a Houstonian, I am thrilled that Houston is the setting for her books. Keep up the good work. Much love and never ending Blessings!!!

Only bad part is the voice work

The Voice work is actually pretty good with distinguishing people apart, but when a character speaks emotionally it seems like it’s watered down half way. And I get you can’t scream in an audiobook, but people are supposed to have won the lottery, you should be able to hear them being ecstatic, or angry, or sad.

But the story is really good, most of the decisions people make makes sense in one way or another. Even the bad decisions are decisions I could see people easily doing.

You see a couple circumstances where people try to cheat the system to get more of what they got, when they have plenty, and it ends up costing them everything.

Still hasn’t convinced me to stop playing lotto once a month.☺️
