Un-edited narration

Ms. Preston's narration of this classic story (which is no less fantastic than it ever was) is marred by the strange reading errors and editing mistakes. I read along with the narration, and she often says a different word than what's on the page (for example, where the text reads "quick", she instead said "quiet" -- not quite the same meaning). She also occasionally skipped whole lines, mid-paragraph. And finally, she would often correct herself and re-read a line, but both were left in. I understand this is the "free" Plus-Catalog version, but I would still have expected the narration to at least be edited.

All those complaints out of the way, the narration is good, and the voices Ms. Preston does are quite well chosen and acted. Ultimately, I did enjoy this performance. Though, why does she read the repeated Tinker-Bell utterances of "You silly ass" as "You silly arse"? Tink is calling Peter a donkey, not a derrière.
