Alex's book makes you want to pick up the phone...
I listened to Alex's book two times. The first time I listened to it, I could see whether Alex did his job as other well-written books on sales I listened to, or he would be another salesperson pitching you his ideas on sales. His first chapter caught my attention, and I listened to the entire book in 5 days. I drive a lot, so I have plenty of time to listen to good books. After reading his book, I started noticing his imprints in my brain and my speech or daily actions, what to say and what to do to win the sale. Alex highlights important things without any fluff on the actions I can take today to get comfortable to "pick up the phone and sell."
This book will make you feel confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone or in-person for the new salespeople or seasoned ones.
