Far far far from a complete guide!!

This is at best a mere intro. There is basic information with minimum science. There is a a stronger influence from the authors political opinion of veganism than there is scientific information. Nearly 2 hours of this text you are being read recipes. Pretty much an huge waste of my time that provided almost no digestible information on plant based eating. To make things even more difficult, I was forced to look up term after term that I could not guess what the narrator was saying as his pronunciation was so incorrect.
This might be a good intro book, maybe if you are really desperate.

Terrible book

If you like listening to a robot reading a book this book is for you! And the content was not great. I really didn’t like this book, instead I returned it and dr. Ornishs book Undo it.

Great Guidebook

Love the recipes Lots of variety and not too much information. I lost six pounds tge first two weeks and my bp dropped considerably. 124/73. I still take medication but i hope to stop soon. The book has been a great partner gor me. Recommend completely. Thank you

Great listen!!

Heather has some great recipes in here. The 3-week meal plan works well if you stick with it, in my opinion not hard to do because the recipes are so good. Great to add more veggies to the diet, whether you are totally plant-based or not.

Great step-by-step guide with everything you need for a healthy, plant-based diet. Definitely an upgrade compared to many vegan books that contain a lot of unhealthy, sweet stuff. As someone who likes it simple and doesn't want to spend much time in the kitchen or put a much thought into every single meal, I really appreciate the practical approach.Easy to follow delicious recipes

A good book! Nice one! The recipes are easy to follow and have many options for vegan and gluten free, if recipe isn't already, as most recipes are. We are vegan and gluten free and felt there are plenty of recipes for my family in this book. Good to listen! Lovely book i like it! Thanks!

This is a highly comprehensive book which will teach you pretty much all you need to know before embarking on a plant-based diet.
