I love this book and really respect the ideas

The recipes are divided into different types and categories - including some innovative and different ideas. And while it's unlikely I'll ever go full veggie, at least this gives me a few options which I wouldn't otherwise have thought about or considered.

Great tips and advice

I've actually been on the alkaline diet now for 4 months now. I have been receiving a lot of benefits from this diet for I have not been feeling fatigue nor have I been feeling bloated.
