Strictly informational

This book is great for the information it provides. I plan on trying out a lot of the recipes that are here and it was great to load extra information that I may have already known from previous research I've done myself.

Although the information is rich, the delivery is a little tough to get through. The speaker often miss pronounced words and at times seemed to fumble over a few things that were being read. The audio itself seems that edit a little more mint, especially on the high end of the EQ Spectrum.

Very informative audioBook!

This audiobook lays the foundation for Plant-Based nutrition in an easy to listen and understands format. It walks you through not only the science (why) to eat a Plant-Based diet but also offers recipes and tools (how) to implement this diet into your life. I really enjoyed this audiobook!

Less meat more plants is good

Very interesting listen. I could never see myself as a vegetarian (and am still not one). but I find myself eating a lot more plants and a lot less meat.

Valuable Information - the Real Deal

I got here by buying and listening (twice) Penn audiobook: Presto!: How I Made Over 100 Pounds Disappear and Other Magical Tales and wanting to know more about it. I've been watching videos and listening to a great deal lately to catch up on work.

Great audiobook

If you're looking for the audiobook that Penn my friend refers to in his audiobook Presto, I believe this is it. Much of chapter on weight loss sounds exactly like what Penn followed. This audiobook is full of great information, I've lost lots of weight eating more veggies and less meat using the guidelines in this audiobook. I even bought my daughter a copy who is losing weight as well.
