Very useful

Worth the price

I am not a beginner in the plant-based lifestyle but this cookbook is phenomenal. Through it, I have learned new recipes for smoothies, breakfast bowls, salads, baked goods, soups and puddings, egg breakfasts, on the go meals, casseroles, and tofu breakfasts

Best Plant-based 2 in 1 Bundle Set

This guide was a good match for my learning objective. I got this book as I want to achieve my weight loss goal and regain my well-being with a plant-based diet.

Katie does a wonderful job explaining the benefits of a plant-based diet as well as the clear and simple instructions on how to cook each recipe. The recipes are budget-friendly, easy to follow, and very easy to prepare.

By following a whole food plant-based diet is a sure way to achieve a healthy lifestyle that leaves you feeling energized, nourished, and satiated after every meal when done correctly.

The tips were very useful to improve my daily eating routine. I hope I can apply them to my everyday life as I have been so far. If you would like a simple guide and a cookbook to make it easy to follow, then get this book. I do recommend it to anyone especially for all those who want to lose weight safely.

In general, great recipes and well worth the purchase.

I started this lifestyle due to my health

I started this lifestyle due to my health. The first section of the book explains why we should live a plant-based lifestyle. This cookbook simplifies the plant-based diet, complete with a shopping list and sample menu. Katie does a wonderful job explaining the benefits as well as tips on how to cook each recipe. This book has not only opened my eyes to what I can eat but has shown me that this lifestyle can be enjoyable! I would recommend this book to everyone! You will not regret it!

The recipes are simple and delicious

The recipes look simple and delicious, and I couldn't believe it when I got the book and discovered that I was excited to try every recipe in there! I’ve been doing plant-based eating for a while and this expanded my source of recipes. Found out something new about eating beans that keeps the flatulence away. Prime information.

Exactly what I needed

This book was exactly what I needed. Each chapter will discuss everything you need to know to get you started with your Plant-based diet as effectively as possible. The recipes were really fantastic. The instructions are simple and easy to understand. I do recommend this guide to anyone interested to take the plant-based journey.

Great info

This book offers great information necessary to begin or continue the journey of living a healthier lifestyle. I like the simple approach to preparing meals and yet showing the variety potential. I love tofu so much and I've learned new recipes like Panko Crust Tofu, Coconut Crust Tofu, and Tofu Surprise.

Everything has been so practical and easy to follow. You get so much content and great instruction, especially if you're just starting out to change to a vegan diet. Can't wait to make Apple Rice Bowl and Cauliflower Spice. This book is packed with amazing recipes that you'll truly love and enjoy. I feel confident to cook for family and friends now.

Lots of recipes to choose from

This book has a lot of information for new Vegans. The recipes are delicious and look amazing. Each recipe says the serving size which I love. I also appreciate that the ingredients are common and most can be found at local stores. A great way to start your plant-based cooking journey!

Love it

While exploring my new interest and desire to switch to a whole foods plant-based diet, this cookbook came to be very informative with plenty of useful recipes. I tried 15 recipes and it's very easy to prepare and follow. By following the instructions, you can cook delicious recipes. I like the way it is presented. Love it

Easy to prepare

The recipes are simple and don’t require a ton of ingredients. This is helpful for different vegan recipes. I find them very easy to cook/prepare.
