Uncommon, common sense for guys too!
I bought this as favourably reviewed and to help my wife and daughter be all they can be - the upshot is that I've so far got more back in practical sense personally than my family.

amok with lightbulb moments
What did you like most about Playing Big?
It's filled with so many common sense things that you probably know, or could understand, but didn't necessarily realise about yourself. I'd be listening and then "ping", the lightbulb went off again...
I think I'll truly benefit from listening to the book once more and spending more time working through the exercises, rather than just capturing a mental list. However, I felt invigorated after listening to this fresh book.
What about Tara Mohr’s performance did you like?
Listening to Tara was easy, like sat in a comfy chair listening to a wise friend. I'm looking forward to listening again.

Not simply a self-help book
Tara Mohr has not written a self-help book so much as a call, with a set of tools, for women to take their rightful place in our society. This book is both deeply personal and social, with invaluable advice on how to unpack your potential so you can share your talents and passions with the world. Thank you, Tara!

This book is a must read for women who know they are here to make a difference in the world but need to get out of their own way first. I wish this was taught in schools.

overall great audio book. got a little tedious when discussing good and bad gu gu but morphed into some great advice and things that you can start doing immediately to lift your game. recommended.

Where you been all my life
Finally, finally someone who talks my language, understands my way of thinking and is able to translate it into (spoken) words in such a way that during my car journey of 8 hrs I learnt so much that I can't wait to go to my next level of playing big. You're very special to me Tara Mohr, I'm ever so grateful having come across you.

Inspiring and accessible
Tara must have been resident in my head and heart to be so bang on with her insights into my playing small for too many years. This is a critical of-the- moment book I would highly recommend. I've ordered the hard copy though because there are so many principles & questions I want to revisit. Fab!

Exactly what I needed
Thank you Tara Mohr for such an insightful and useful book. So much of what you said resonates with me as well as the people ( women and men) around me. I have already recommended it to one student and one colleague, and I know that I’ll be recommending it to so many others.

A treasure trove of golden nuggets
Very thought provoking a practical tools. I love both Tara's approach and her philosophy.
I always enjoy hearing the author read their work and Tara read this with a heartfelt authenticity. Enjoyed the book so much that I am listening to it for a 2nd time straight after finishing it!

A gift
If you're a woman, this book is for you. Even if you're a woman who thinks she's brave, thinks she's got it all sorted out - this is still for you. Tara Mohr is so very skilled in her writing, and so very helpful in the practical guidance she offers.

Going back for more...
It took a little bit to get into this book and I went back to it on a few occasions but once I got into it I couldn't put it down. I've just finished it and am going back to the start to listen again. I imagine I'll go back to it a few times. It's a classic with so much to learn.
