Another great book by Black Girl Bliss!!

I wish I had this when I was in my young 20's starting out. It would've helped to guide me through the limited beliefs from generations past that have plagued many of us Black Women growing up back then. I really appreciate this book. I've listened over Audible twice now and currently on my third as I'm awaiting the arrival of my paperback to mark up with notes. Really great book! Keep them coming!

Black Woman This is your sign to put yourself first!

I appreciate the author for including self care options for women who do not have the means to engage in the expensive spa days social media pushes us to! It’s for all of us not just those who can afford it, not just those who have an excess of time.

A must listen/read when thinking about self care

I just so happened to be taking a “self-care” day and decided to listen to as many books as possible. This one definitely had me questioning whether I am doing “self-care” or “self-soothing”.
